I grew up with the original owners 3 sons. The youngest son took over the company after his parents retired. They were an excellent company back in 1970 and continue with the same values and business ethics today. I strongly recommend them for your insect, pest and rodent control.
When we first started using Better Termite & Pest Control, we had a small issue with a service call. However, after calling them, they were very responsive to rectify the situation. I appreciate their customer service. The tech that services our house is very nice and she always ask if we are seeing any insects in the house. She keeps me updated on her arrival and services the house well. We have been customers for the past 3-years.
Juan quickly helped us identify our yellow jacket issue and treated our yard appropriately.
