Ivan showed up on time and explained everything that he was going to do and why. He was incredibly respectful, noticed my no-shoe household and offered to comply. He asked before going into various areas of my home to make sure I was comfortable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ivan to anyone. I hated having to call an exterminator but he made the experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks Ivan!!!
